Professional Services
Service is at the heart of Church On Wheels. Many of us at Church On Wheels come from a church plant and know first hand what it takes to hold church service week after week. Below are examples of how we serve churches, saving them both time and kingdom funds. Most of what we do is a ministry to churches, so we do NOT charge extra for any labor: building, testing, organizing, loading, or managing your project. Many of the services also include volume discounts compared to buying products on your own.
Full Turn Key System
This is a complete system service that starts in the early planning phase and continues well past the first launch service. The first step is a site visit. A Church On Wheels consultant will spend several hours surveying and mapping your site and meeting with your team to discuss transformation of the site from whatever it is into your new church home. This site visit should take place 12 to 16 weeks before the delivery and training of your system.
Once the Site Visit is complete, your consultant will use all the information gathered and work directly with you and your team to design a custom solution for your mobile church. You will receive a layout of each area and a detailed list of items needed, broken out by ministry. We will continue to review and revise the proposal with you to ensure it is a good fit for your team.
Next is the production phase, which begins after a proposal is approved, signed, and a deposit is made. During this phase we are fabricating and assembling your carts, your stage, and the trailer modification package. Any equipment not manufactured by Church On Wheels is ordered specifically for your system and shipped to one of our three distribution centers. Final assembly, product testing, loading, and labeling is performed by our staff at the distribution centers to ensure everything in the system is in working order and ready to go for delivery. Everything we do in production is completely free and saves churches hundreds of hours of work.
As soon as production and testing is complete, your Church On Wheels system is delivered. System delivery normally occurs over the course of a weekend a couple weeks before a preview service. A team from Church On Wheels will work with your volunteers to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently operate all equipment and utilize the mobile solutions designed by Church On Wheels to their maximum potential.

System Build and Training
Some of you are like us and enjoy designing and coming up with a plan. So, if you already know what you want in each area and have every detail like the exact number of cables figured out, we can still help. We are happy to supply the items and build the system in our facility. This will still provide you with volume discounts and save you hundreds of hours building and racking gear! If necessary, we can add in a delivery and training, teaching your volunteers how to effectively setup and tear down your design.
