Church On Wheels has helped countless churches create a rock solid mobile foundation to start on. Our systems create enthusiasm for volunteers and attendees, by helping you do something revolutionary... set up church in lighting fast speed in a rented facility every week. Already mobile? We have helped many churches that started on their own and after two or three years of stress came to Church On Wheels for help. Creating a custom Church On Wheels package or system for your church is a multi-step process that starts with a consultation and ends with a delivery of your new system. These custom packages/systems are fully functioning, we provide virtually everything you need to have church in a temporary facility. We mean everything ... from digital soundboards to diapers. Continue reading down this page for a glance at a typical project cycle when partnering with Church On Wheels.
The first step is a site visit. A Church On Wheels consultant will spend several hours surveying and mapping your site and meeting with your team to discuss transformation of the site from whatever it is into someone’s new church home. This site visit should take place 12 to 16 weeks before the delivery and training of your system.
The proposal process is a collaborative effort between a Church On Wheels consultant and your leadership team. Once the Site Visit is complete, your consultant will use all the information gathered and work directly with you and your team to design a custom solution for your mobile church. You will receive a layout of each area and a detailed list of items needed, broken out by category. We will continue to review and revise the proposal with you to ensure that it meets your functional and budgetary requirements and that the system we deliver is a reflection of your core values and culture.
The production phase begins after we have an approved proposal. During this phase we are fabricating and assembling your carts, your stage, and the trailer modification package. Any equipment not manufactured by Church On Wheels is ordered specifically for your system and shipped to one our three distribution centers. Final assembly, product testing, loading, and labeling is performed by our staff at the distribution centers to ensure everything in the system is in working and ready to go for delivery.
As soon as production and testing is complete, your Church On Wheels system is Delivered. System delivery normally occurs over the course of a weekend. A team of Church On Wheels delivery consultants will work with your volunteers to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently operate all equipment and utilize the mobile solutions designed by Church On Wheels to their maximum potential.
Church On Wheels support continues well beyond the delivery of a full mobile system or your launch day. We offer phone and email support for any product we sell, including troubleshooting. If a product is found to have a flaw or defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period Church On Wheels will offer assistance in getting the product repaired or replaced. We have built great relationships with manufacturers over the years. As a result, we may even be able to get an advanced replacement for equipment, minimizing or eliminating disruptions to your weekly routine.
